Ingredients
  

  • 30 ml Plantation Dark Rum
  • 10 ml Passion Monin (passion fruit syrup)
  • 10 ml Passion Puree Monin
  • 30 ml Squeeze Passion Puree
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 sprig Mint Leaves
  • 3 pcs Pansy Flowers (for garnish)
  • Ginger Ale (to top up)
  • Kaffir Lime Leaf (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Chill the glass to prepare a perfectly cool base.
  • Add the liquid ingredients (rum, syrups, puree, and salt) directly into the glass. Stir or mix gently for about 6 seconds to combine.
  • Add ice to fill the glass.
  • Top with ginger ale to balance the flavours and add a fizzy finish.
  • Garnish with a lime kefir leaf, fresh mint spring, and pansy flowers for a visually stunning, aromatic touch.
